• Treatment will be performed with clothes on. It is best to wear loose-fitting clothing as the practitioner will be moving the body around.

• Please avoid skirts, dresses, denim pants, and tight-fit leggings.

• It is recommended to wear track, sweat pants or shorts for bottoms, T-shirts (short or long sleeves), or a light sweater with no hood for tops.
